Shipping & Delivery
We offer international shipping to destinations that can reasonably and lawfully be served by the available shipping provider.
1. Shipping Costs
Complimentary international shipping is included in the listed price of original artworks for destinations that can reasonably and lawfully be served by the available shipping provider, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Shipping charges for fine art prints, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before the purchase is completed.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or third parties. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Preparation and Dispatch
Original artworks and fine art prints are carefully prepared and securely packaged for international transport.
Original artworks may require additional preparation, specialised packaging, insurance or export documentation before dispatch. Where additional preparation time is required, relevant information will be provided before the purchase is completed where required by applicable law.
3. Packaging
Packaging is selected according to the nature, dimensions and shipping requirements of each work.
Where stated on the relevant product page or communicated before purchase, an original artwork may be shipped stretched, unstretched or rolled in a protective tube.
Fine art prints are shipped unframed and securely packaged for transport as stated on the relevant product page.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service, customs procedures and other circumstances affecting international transport.
Any delivery timeframe provided at checkout or before purchase is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits any mandatory rights relating to delivery times or delayed delivery.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
6. Customs and Import Requirements
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and local import requirements.
The recipient is responsible for providing any information reasonably requested by customs authorities or the shipping provider in connection with import clearance.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, or if there is a problem with delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
If an item arrives damaged, please retain the artwork, all original packaging and shipping materials and, where possible, take clear photographs of the package and the item.
Damaged, defective, incorrect and undelivered orders will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
